Heather is a nonprofit consultant and grant writer with roots in public relations. Over the past 25 years, she has worked in the nonprofit sector and at public relations agencies. Her expertise includes fund development, media outreach and strategic partnerships.
As a seasoned counselor, Heather is proud to have worked with more than 75 nonprofits in diverse areas such as arts, education, environment, homelessness, housing, human rights, hunger and youth development. She builds coalitions and expands relationships with nonprofits, foundations and private/public investors.

Sean has more than 25 years of experience in various leadership and executive roles in the publishing industry, working with many of the most iconic magazine brands. Now Sean has brought his expertise in business operations, process and workflow, vendor and budget management and IT oversight to Keefe Communications full time. This enables us to expand our offerings and nurture clients in their quest to connect the dots for maximum impact.
